I Want to Heal Your Paralysis
We live in a world that’s egocentric.
Everyone thinks of “me” – as long as I find a place, everyone else can find their own.
There’s a scripture in Mark 2:1-12 that says
2 And when he returned to Capernaum after some days, it was reported that he was at home. 2 And many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even at the door. And he was preaching the word to them. 3 And they came, bringing to him a paralytic carried by four men. 4 And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him, and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed on which the paralytic lay. 5 And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” 6 Now some of the scribes were sitting there, questioning in their hearts, 7 “Why does this man speak like that? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?” 8 And immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they thus questioned within themselves, said to them, “Why do you question these things in your hearts? 9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed andwalk’? 10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he said to the paralytic— 11 “I say to you, rise, pick up your bed, and go home.” 12 And he rose and immediately picked up his bed and went out before them all, so that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”
I want to take notice that these men made the impossible so they could bring his friend to Jesus. This word confronts us to do the impossible for our friends. These men found a stairway – they said today is the day of healing for you my friend.
The friend had a physical problem, just like you and I. Perhaps you also have so many situations and problems. This world isn’t easy, we face many obstacles and situations. Jesus didn’t tell us it would be easy, but through our lives we have to put our trust and hope in Him. Jesus wants to break those chains and resolve your spiritual problems. He wants to break the chains, sins and remove the darkness of your heart. That’s the main problem God wants to fix. Do you want God to heal you and raise you up or do you want him to heal your heart? He wants to enter your heart ❤️. Maybe you’re telling him right now “oh I’m ok”, but you’re paralyzed because you can’t walk, move forward or can’t do his will. The church is filled with paralyzed people that only want satisfy their ego. God tells you I will HEAL your paralysis. He wants to resolve your paralysis today, friend. How long has it been since you’re living with bitterness and anger? Bitterness reflects what’s in your heart.
Let the Lord heal your soul today. Let him tell you: your sins are healed.
