Holiness

I found a great resource on the same studies that we were doing back in November 2012. Here is a complete study from “Milk 2 (to) Solid Food”:

God has called every Christian to a holy life. The word holy signifies a “separation to God, and the conduct befitting those so separated”. In other words, to live a holy life is to live a life in conformity to the moral precepts of the Bible and in contrast to the sinful ways of the world. If holiness is supposed to be a basic, fundamental, essential element to the Christian life, why do we not experience it more in our daily walk? Why do so many Christians constantly feel defeated in their struggle with sin? This series, based on the book The Pursuit of Holiness by Jerry Bridges, will examine the scriptural mandate to a life of holiness, the holiness of God and Christ, the battle between the Spirit and the flesh, how we can live a life of obedience to God’s Word, and how to develop a genuine desire to pursue holiness in our life
